Wax Melt Safety

🐺 Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

🐺 Remove all packaging before use.

🐺 Only use in approved wax warmers (tealight or electric). We do not recommend oil burners, as they may burn too hot.

🐺 Do not add water to your wax warmer.

🐺 Keep out of reach of children and pets.

🐺 Never leave a wax warmer unattended when in use.

Room Spray Safety

  • Shake well before each use.

  • Spray into the centre of the room, away from your face and body.

  • Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics, furniture, polished or painted surfaces.

  • Floors may become slippery after spraying — avoid walking on freshly sprayed areas until dry.

  • Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Do not spray near naked flames, heat sources, or electrical equipment.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not ingest or apply to skin.

  • Avoid contact with eyes — if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Reed Diffuser Safety

💜 Place your diffuser on a flat, stable surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and draughts.

💜 Keep out of reach of children and pets.

💜 Do not ingest the liquid. (If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately)

💜 Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water.

💜 Wipe away any drips immediately to prevent damage to surfaces. Some fragrance oils may react with certain materials.

💜 Do not place on polished, painted or plastic surfaces without a protective coaster or mat.

💜 Keep away from open flames and sources of ignition.

💜 Diffuser liquid is flammable – never attempt to light the reeds.

Carpet Freshener Safety

🐾 Vacuum carpets first to remove dirt, dust, and debris.

🐾 Do not use on wet carpets or rugs.

🐾 Keep pets and children out of the room during application. Ensure the area is well ventilated.

🐾 Patch test first – try a small hidden area (under furniture) to check compatibility with your carpet.

🐾 Sprinkle lightly and leave for around 15–20 minutes before vacuuming

🐾 Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Car Freshener Safety

  • Always hang your car freshener freely and avoid direct contact with any surfaces (dashboard, steering wheel, seats, or plastics) – fragrance oils can cause damage or staining.

  • Do not place on vents or surfaces – heat can intensify fragrance oils and may lead to leaks or marks.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Avoid contact with skin, eyes and fabrics.

  • Do not ingest.

  • Store unused fresheners in their sealed packaging, away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Dispose of responsibly once scent fades.
